Returns Policy

1. Returns 

You may have the right to return the items received without any penalties and without having to specify the reason in compliance with the terms and methods indicated below.

To be eligible for a return, you must place your return request within 21 days of the purchase of your purchase, or within the term established by the mandatory regulations applicable in the country where you reside, if this is longer.

You may request to return items directly to the Seller from the Seller’s page on Notebook Love. However, the item you return can only be sent back to the Seller when you receive a return authorisation from the Seller.

Then, the item you wish to return must be delivered to the Seller within fourteen days (14 days), starting from the date on which you have been notified by the Seller that you can return the item.

Items must be returned unused, intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them (in the original packaging); it is not possible to exchange or refund for items that are returned incomplete, used, ruined or damaged.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

On return of the items, the Seller shall check their conformity with the terms and conditions laid down in this paragraph.

To complete your return, you’ll be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but rather to the Seller.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your right of refund must be exercised in the methods and terms indicated in the above point “1. Returns”, Notebook Love should proceed with the refund, on behalf of the Seller. 

If your refund is approved, Notebook Love should proceed with the refund, on behalf of the Seller. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in the shortest possible time within 14 days from the date on which you have been informed that your refund has been approved.

The amount of the refund will not include the shipping cost incurred during the purchase of the item (only regular priced items may be refunded).

NOTE: Notebook Love proceed the refund on behalf of the Seller generally using the same method of payment used by you when purchasing the item. If a virtual credit card was used, or the credit card has expired, is about to expire or has been stolen, you may email hello@notebooklove.com to agree the most appropriate repayment method.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Alternatively, if relevant to your original purchase, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within the allotted time scale, please contact us at hello@notebooklove.com.

4. Exchanges

Your right of exchange must be exercised in the methods and terms indicated in the above point “1. Returns”. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact directly to the Seller from the Seller’s page on Notebook Love.

In the event that your item is no longer in stock we will offer you a gift credit or a refund.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

6. Shipping

Before addressing the question of returns shipping, it's important that you know that we (Notebook Love) and the Sellers on Notebook Love Marketplace are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product/products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the Seller from the Seller's page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
